By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any course, coaching program, membership, event, or digital product offered by The Sacred Bloom Club, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

The Sacred Bloom Club provides trauma-informed education, coaching, and digital resources related to personal growth, nervous system regulation, ADHD awareness, feminine embodiment, and self-development.

All materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical assessment, or professional mental health care.

Mika Brock-Ruffin is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or healthcare provider.

All guidance, coaching, courses, and digital materials are based on education, lived experience, research, and trauma-informed life coaching principles.
Nothing offered through The Sacred Bloom Club is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical health condition.

Always consult a qualified physician, mental health professional, or licensed healthcare provider before making decisions about your physical or emotional well-being.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own health, choices, and actions.

All payments must be completed at checkout unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

For coaching or mentoring programs:

• Due to the immediate access you receive after purchase, refunds are not available for all offerings, including coaching and transformational containers.
• Payment plans must be completed in full.
• Failure to complete payments may result in temporary suspension of access to sessions, materials, or community spaces until the account is current.
   

Due to the digital, educational, and transformational nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once access to a course, program, membership, or downloadable material is granted:

• No refunds
• No cancellations
• No chargebacks
  will be issued under any circumstances.
   

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and consent to this policy.

If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions, no-shows, or late cancellations:

• Are considered forfeited
• Cannot be refunded
• Cannot be rescheduled
   

Coaching container timelines will not be extended due to missed sessions.

All content, including but not limited to videos, frameworks, worksheets, brand assets, written materials, voice notes, processes, and training modules, is the exclusive property of The Sacred Bloom Club and Mika Brock-Ruffin.

You are granted personal, non-transferable access only.
You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, or repurpose any materials without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Information shared within coaching sessions or private communities will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

Exceptions apply when disclosure is required:

• To comply with the law
   
• To prevent imminent harm to yourself or others
   

Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality around other participants’ experiences and shared information.

Results vary and depend on your personal participation, consistency, decisions, and actions.

The Sacred Bloom Club and Mika Brock-Ruffin are not responsible for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Any mental, emotional, financial, or physical outcomes resulting from participation
   
• Any use or misuse of information, coaching, or materials provided
   

You assume full responsibility for your engagement and well-being.

The Sacred Bloom Club is a trauma-informed, inclusive, and respectful community.
Harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, or repeated disruption will result in immediate removal from all programs and communities without refund.

By completing your purchase, you affirm that you:
