By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any course, coaching program, membership, event, consultation, or digital product offered by Decoding Doula, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

Decoding Doula provides trauma-informed education, coaching, consulting, and digital resources related to topics such as:

• Personal growth and self-development
• Nervous system regulation
• Subconscious pattern decoding
• ADHD awareness
• feminine embodiment
• money mindset and business energetics
• spiritual and psychological self-awareness
   

All materials, programs, and services are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

They are not a substitute for:

• therapy
• counseling
• psychological treatment
• medical assessment
• licensed mental health care
   

Participation in any Decoding Doula offering does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or clinical relationship.

Mika Brock-Ruffin is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or medical professional.

All guidance, coaching, courses, and digital materials are based on:

• education
• research
• personal experience
• trauma-informed life coaching principles
• metaphysical and psychological frameworks
   

Nothing provided through Decoding Doula is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical health condition.

Always consult with a qualified physician, licensed mental health professional, or healthcare provider before making decisions regarding your physical, emotional, or mental health.

By participating in any Decoding Doula service or product, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own health, decisions, and actions.

All payments must be completed at checkout unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

For coaching, mentoring, consulting, or program containers:

• Payment grants immediate access to intellectual property and educational materials.
• Because of this access, refunds are not available once purchase is completed.
   

If a payment plan is offered:

• The full payment plan amount is a binding financial agreement.
• Payments must be completed in full according to the agreed schedule.
   

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• suspension of access to sessions
• suspension of course materials
• suspension of community access
   

Access will be restored once the account is brought current.

Due to the digital, educational, and transformational nature of our offerings, all sales are final.

Once access to a course, program, membership, session, or downloadable material is granted:

• No refunds
• No cancellations
• No chargebacks
   

will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

If you need to reschedule a scheduled session, at least 24 hours notice must be provided.

Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows:

• are considered forfeited
• cannot be refunded
• cannot be rescheduled
   

Program timelines and coaching containers will not be extended due to missed sessions.

All content created and provided by Decoding Doula and Mika Brock-Ruffin is protected intellectual property.

This includes but is not limited to:

• courses and training modules
• frameworks and methodologies
• worksheets and workbooks
• videos and audio recordings
• written materials
• voice notes
• graphics and brand assets
• digital downloads
   

Purchase grants personal, non-transferable access only.

You may not:

• copy
• reproduce
• distribute
• share
• sell
• repurpose
• teach
• license
   

any material without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Information shared within coaching sessions, programs, or private communities will be treated with respect and confidentiality.

However, confidentiality may be limited if disclosure is required:

• to comply with applicable laws
• to prevent imminent harm to yourself or others
   

Participants are also expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and may not share personal information disclosed within programs or communities.

Results vary based on each individual’s:

• participation
• consistency
• personal decisions
• implementation of information
   

Decoding Doula and Mika Brock-Ruffin are not responsible for:

• direct or indirect damages
• financial outcomes
• emotional or psychological responses
• physical outcomes
• business or personal decisions made based on program materials
   

By participating in any offering, you agree that you assume full responsibility for your actions and well-being.

Decoding Doula programs and communities are intended to be respectful, trauma-informed spaces.

The following behaviors are not permitted:

• harassment
• discrimination or hate speech
• abusive language or threats
• repeated disruption of community spaces
   

Violation of these standards may result in immediate removal from programs or communities without refund.

By purchasing or participating in any Decoding Doula offering, you confirm that you:
